LOTUS spa was set up in Zoppè di San Vendemiano (near/ in the province of Treviso and only 40 km far from Venice) in 1985 and started out by manufacturing cooking systems for small catering settings. Its products stand out for /are immediately recognized by their utter functionality and compact size. Subsequently, LOTUS extended its production also to “professional 65, 70 and 90cm depth" lines, but also to single units devising cooking systems for all kitchen settings, including taverns, cafes, restaurants, hotels and cooking centres /canteens.

Since then, we have been working hard, day by day, to supply all our customers with an extremely practical, operational, easy-to-use machine, which can also represent a technologically advanced product. During these last years, people, business market and producing systems have completely changed: this awareness enables all us to work every day being sure that we are special experts in producing vacuum packing machines.

For over fifty years, the need and the enthusiasm to create appliances that facilitate the life in the home appliances led Fernando Moreno to develop with very few means, our popular electric brazier. It was the year 19666, with much enthusiasm and long days of hard work, was born FM Calefaccion.
